Terms of Service
- In this transaction, I, the service provider, will create a configuration file to make a set of specified voice samples compatible with the NiaoNiao, UTAU, DeepVocal, or VocalSharp software.- The client is responsible for providing high-quality voice samples to ensure optimal results in the voice bank creation. Samples must be free from significant background noise, distortion, or other artifacts that may affect the final product's quality.- In case of not providing quality voice samples, I am not responsible for the final product's quality.- Once your voicebank configuration is completed, I will create a small demo as proof of completion. From this point, you will receive your file once payment has been completed.- Unless otherwise agreed upon, I will require the client to credit me as the creator of the configuration, either within the contents of the voicebank itself, the voicebank's distribution source, or other publicly available venue associated with the voicebank.-------------------------------------------------------YOU MAY NOT:- Take credit for the creation of the completed configuration file. Any unedited variant of the configuration file is not to be claimed as another person's work.-------------------------------------------------------PAYMENT AND REFUNDS:- The price is non-negotiable.- I only accept PayPal payments.- An extra fee of 5% will be added to the final price to cover PayPal's transaction fees.- The service provider will not commence the assignment until at least half of the total payment has been received. Flexible payment plans are not offered.- It is advisable for the client to be available to make the payment when submitting the form, especially if there is no waiting list at that time. A reasonable period will be granted for payment, but the spot will not be reserved for more than one month.- I will initiate payment requests through PayPal to avoid accidental transactions.- A full refund can be requested only if the service provider has not initiated the work. Work is considered initiated once the configuration file creation has begun. The client will be notified when this occurs.- Please let me know when the bank has been downloaded, as it will not be stored for more than a week.- You are entitled to up to 3 revisions within the first 40 hours of receiving your configured voicebank.- In case of dissatisfaction with the received product, a 50% refund will be granted only if the client requests it before subsequent revisions are completed.- A full refund will be provided if the service provider has to cancel your order for any reason.-------------------------------------------------------WORK SPEED- I'll endeavor to complete your commission as soon as possible, but I ask for your patience.- The estimated time to complete a commission is specified in the price table for each software. The countdown begins upon receipt of payment; however, the time may vary depending on my workload and the commission's complexity. You will be informed in case of any delays or cancellations.- You can track the progress of your commission in my Commission Queue.- I typically focus on one commission at a time. Please take note.-------------------------------------------------------NOTES- The service provider reserves the right to deny any request.- You must provide the entire voicebank for me to download.- Please note that these prices and configurations are for standard-size reclists.- In the event of incorrect or broken recordings, I will compile a list of samples needed to complete the bank and request their re-recording.- Generation of .frq files is free (Only applies for UTAU).- Extras such as tail symbols (VocalSharp) will not be accepted, but extras such as breaths or ending breaths (any software, except VocalSharp) will be accepted.- I will not clean up audio files.- By submitting the form, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein, subject to possible future changes. What I need:
- Your audio files in the following sample rate: 44100 Hz Mono 16-bit.- Your audios should have a minimum length of 0.5 and a maximum length of 1.5 seconds, with 0.5 seconds of silence at the beginning and end of the recording.- A 100px x 100px png file of your character/singer (for icon configuration purposes).
- Small info about your character (Name, Age, Gender, etc. for charactor file configuration purposes)What you receive:
- Fully functional voicebank in a rar or zip file with romaji encoding (Chinese has automatic support with Chinese characters in NiaoNiao)- The voicebank will contain the following files: voice.d file (where the voice has been stored), inf.d file (voice configuration, similar to oto.ini in UTAU), charactor (info about your character/voicebank) and readme files.
What I need:
- Your audio files in the following sample rate: 44100 Hz Mono 16-bit.- Your audios should have 0.5 seconds of silence at the beginning and end of the recording- In case of multipitch voice bank, your audio files needs to be in their respective folder (for example, E3 pitch folder contains all E3 recordings)- A 100px x 100px png or bmp file of your character (For icon configuration purposes).- Small info about your character (Name, Age, Gender, etc. for character file configuration purposes)- Reclist used (in case of Japanese CVVC)What you receive:
- Fully functional voicebank in a rar or zip file.- The voicebank will contain the following files: oto.ini, your wav files, character and readme files, icon file set up.
Notes:
- In case of Japanese Voicebanks, you can choose between romaji phonetic system or X-SAMPA phonetic system. You can also choose a dictionary with support for romaji, hiragana or both.
- By default all configurations are done with DeepVocal ToolBox version 2.1. If you require independent symbols, all configurations will be done with version 1.1.6.- In case of Japanese CV Voicebanks, I cannot guarantee that the Voicebank sounds smooth.What I need:

- In case of Japanese Voicebanks, you can choose a dictionary with support for romaji, hiragana or both.What I need:
- Your audio files in the following sample rate: 44100 Hz Mono 16-bit.- Your audios should have 0.5 seconds of silence at the beginning and end of the recording.- In case of multipitch voice bank, your audio files needs to be in their respective folder (for example, E3 pitch folder contains all E3 recordings)- A 100 x 100 jpg or png file of your character/singer (for icon configuration purposes).- Your full body singer/character png file (for portrait configuration purpose)- Small info about your character (Name, Age, Gender, etc. for srdx file configuration purposes)- 2 colors of your choice in RGBA format (This will change the notes appareance in VocalSharp, note that one color will be for highlighting the notes and the other will be a "base" color. If no color is given, the singer's predominant colors will be chosen.)What you receive:
- Fully functional voicebank in a rar or zip file.
- The voicebank will contain the following files: vsdx (where the voice has been stored) and vsdxindex (voice configuration, similar to oto.ini in UTAU) files, lsd file (dictionary), srdx file (portrait, info and icon configuration), vsdx+ file (only for WORLD vocoder based Voicebanks), readme file.
